Mrs. Valenzuela, Librarian

Mrs. Valenzuela attended Texas Wesleyan University where she obtained her bachelor's degree in Bilingual Education as well as her Master's degree in Second Language Acquisition. She received her Librarian certification through Texas A&M. Mrs. Valenzuela has worked for FWISD since 2004. She started as an AVID tutor and after-school program teacher.She became a classroom teacher in 2007 and stayed in the classroom for 12 years. She has taught PK, K, 2nd, 3rd, and 5th and is currently in her third year as an elementary school librarian. One of the things she loves the most is being able to have a larger impact on students' education.
