Mr. Heick, Assistant Principal

Mr. Michael Heick brings over 17 years of dedicated service to Fort Worth ISD. Throughout his career, he has worn many hats—serving as an English Language Arts and Math teacher, Instructional Coach, and Campus Testing Coordinator. His diverse experience in education reflects his deep commitment to student growth and academic excellence. Mr. Heick holds a bachelor's degree from Montana State University and a master's degree from Texas Tech University. He is passionate about helping students exceed their own expectations and believes in the power of education to transform lives. Outside of school, Mr. Heick enjoys spending time with his daughter, outdoor activities, and values the importance of family and community in shaping a supportive learning environment.
